Public Meetings

Parish Council meetings are held in the Denby Free School and are open to the public, although it is at the Chairman's discretion if individuals are allowed to pass comment. At every Full Council meeting (normally first Monday in the month) there is an Agenda item for Public Participation.

The Annual Parish Council Meeting is normally held at the Denby Free School on the first Monday of April. This is not a Parish Council meeting but one for the electorate and is a "Public Meeting" in every sense.
