Unlike in previous years Amber Valley Borough Council are not able to offer the guided walks booklets.
However, this year they are promoting the wonderful walks in Amber Valley & Erewash between 12th to 27th September on their website.

We have been made aware of a potential fraud targeting Amber Valley residents claiming to be from Amber Valley Borough Council.
Residents have reported that they have received a standing order form through the post from the council requesting their bank account details.
The council would not usually send a standing order form.

Amber Valley Borough Counil - Proposed public spaces protection (Control of Dogs) Order Consultation
The council are consulting on its plan to introduce a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) relating to dogs in the borough. If introduced, the PSPO will require any person in charge of a dog:
•to immediately remove any of the dog's faeces from public areas;
