Amber Valley Borough Counil - Proposed public spaces protection (Control of Dogs) Order Consultation
The council are consulting on its plan to introduce a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) relating to dogs in the borough. If introduced, the PSPO will require any person in charge of a dog:
•to immediately remove any of the dog's faeces from public areas;
•in public areas, to show they have suitable means in their possession for cleaning up dog faeces, e.g. a suitable bag;

Derbyshire County Council are asking for your assistance with a small consultation exercise within Amber Valley and Erewash districts.

Notice of public rights and publication of unaudited annual governance & accountability return for year ended 31st March 2019
Date of announcement - 14th June 2019
Any person interested has the right to inspect and make copies of the accounting records for the financial year to which the audit relates.
For the year ended 31st March 2019, these documents will be available on reasonable notice by application as per the notice.

Notification of Improvement Works to the Noise Fence on the A38 at Rawson Green, Derbyshire.
Highways England will be carrying out noise improvement works along the A38, near to the A609 overbridge at Rawson Green, Belper. The work includes installing a new noise fence along this section of the network. The fence will benefit the local community by reducing noise levels.
